Ticket Sales Representative RequirementsEssential FunctionsGreet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service. Offer tailored recommendations based on guest interests and schedules. Utilize professional sales techniques: pitching, prospecting, objection handling, cross-selling, upselling, and closing. Present tour and attraction pricing clearly and accurately. Process vouchers and e-tickets carefully. Communicate with dispatch regarding guest volume or any issues at your location. Ticket Sales Representative Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to work independently while following established procedures. Strong sales skills with a track record of success. Excellent math skills and comfort handling money, credit cards, and receipts. Strong active-listening skills and professional communication. Ticket Sales Representative QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Other RequirementsSuccessful completion of a background check and substance-abuse screening. A genuine passion for helping people and making their San Antonio visit exceptional.
