About the role

Chief Executive Officer – High Growth Landscaping Services Market Leader – Private EquityOur client is a leading, highly regarded private equity backed landscaping services company in need of a hands-on, proven landscaping industry CEO. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented CEO to lead the business through a buy-and-build strategy and ultimately a successful exit. This is an exciting opportunity to build a market-leading platform by combining organic growth with a disciplined acquisition strategy, integrating complementary businesses, and driving operational excellence, profitability, and scale. The ideal candidate is a proven CEO, with experience in scaling multi-site, multi-brand service-based businesses, executing acquisitions, and creating significant enterprise value. Commercial and/or residential landscaping experience is highly preferred; however, a strong track record in a related outsourced services or route-based business, combined with a hands-on, commercially minded leadership style may also be considered. The successful candidate will lead with influence and will have proven success in managing multiple organizations that may have owner/operators at the helm. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and a compelling equity stake that offers the opportunity to participate meaningfully in the value created through the platform's growth and eventual exit.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
