About the role

Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to greet guests at the spa, check them in/out, and book appointments. You will input and retrieve information in a computer system and provide helpful information about the area and services. The role requires excellent communication and customer service, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior spa experience is preferred.
