About the role
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post-sales support
- Process orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails
- Respond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat
- Update customer records in the company database
- Perform other duties as required
- Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers
- Interest in the automotive and off-road industries a plus
- Experience with BigCommerce a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies such as CRM, POS, and web based systems
- Comfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a must
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good team worker
- Must be detail oriented and responsible
- Must have ability to accept constructive feedback
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
