Frontline Network Systems, Inc. (FNS, Inc.) invites an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance. The role focuses on multi-state payroll administration, annual renewals, and process improvements.
You will partner with Finance, regional management, and brokers to optimize HR operations, supervise the HR Operations team, and drive standardized, technology-enabled solutions across the organization.
