Milo is hiring a Senior Loan Officer, Sales Lead in Miami to originate and close crypto mortgages and crypto-backed loans. You will report to the CEO and, as volume grows, help build Milo’s sales team of AI agents and humans. Expect licensing support, training, and a fast-paced, fintech-driven environment that blends crypto with real estate lending. Drive revenue across both product lines, manage a data-driven pipeline, and use AI tools daily to optimize performance.
