Job TitleTemporary Signature Verification Clerk, Temporary Flagging Clerk, or Curing ClerkAbout the PositionAs a Temporary Signature Verification Clerk, Temporary Flagging Clerk, or Curing Clerk, you would assist in facilitating the election process by performing data entry, researching, verifying signatures, and contacting voters. Please see the Job Contributions section below for additional information on the three different positions available. All three are temporary assignments with Maricopa County, and work is performed before, during, and after the election cycle. The placement and assignment for each position will be based on facilitation needs and the applicant's abilities.About UsThe Maricopa County Recorder's Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents. Our office serves over 2.5 million registered voters as well as 4.4 million residents across Maricopa County.
