About the role
As a full-time remote Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist, the candidate will ensure the quality and regulatory integrity of creative outputs in the Healthcare division by reviewing and managing compliance for various marketing materials before they reach client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviewers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-submission compliance quality assurance for creative assets against MLR requirements and brand standards
Perform post-approval launch quality checks to confirm the accuracy of approved content before it goes live
Manage Veeva Vault PromoMats operations, including claims management and submission tracking
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production with exposure to MLR review workflows
Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202, including compliance requirements for marketing materials
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly preferred
Strong attention to brand consistency and copy accuracy across digital formats
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
