Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., a general practice firm located in Castle Rock, CO, is seeking an experienced attorney with excellent courtroom skills to join our family law and criminal law team.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Colorado Bar in Good Standing. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience representing family and/or criminal clients. Excellent writing, advocacy skills, research, and communication skills.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients from inception to resolution. Draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence. Oversee discovery matters. Independently represent clients in court hearings and mediations. Effectively communicate with clients to execute strategic plans and manage client expectations.
What we offer: Compensation range for this position is highly competitive at $130,000 - $145,000, depending on skills and experience.
