About the role
Commercial Lines Account Manager - Programs Property and Casualty Insurance Wayne County, PAResponsibilitiesJOIN A COMMUNITY THAT VALUES ITS TEAM AND CLIENTS! They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee daily operations. The Account Managers will support underwriters in evaluating eligibility and analyzing risk factors. They will collaborate with Service Directors to ensure that our clients receive outstanding customer service. Additionally, Account Managers will equip virtual assistants with everything necessary to accurately and promptly rate, process, and issue policies. They will review and submit new business and renewal workbooks for evaluation. Furthermore, they will examine prepared renewal binders, ID Cards, and pre-pre documents for delivery to service directors. They will finalize all presentation materials for presenters to showcase to clients. They will also develop ideas to incorporate into new and renewal presentations focused on cross-selling and enhancing coverage options. Accurate file documentation will be maintained.
Requirements:
A Pennsylvania Insurance License is required. Candidates should have prior experience in commercial insurance. Basic computer skills are necessary. Reliability and dependability are essential traits. Strong communication skills are important. The ability to manage multiple tasks is expected.
