Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an energetic, motivated, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Technician / Patient Care Coordinator on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with patients and make a meaningful impact on their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to grow professionally within a respected and established healthcare organization. Personal Trainers, Exercise Coaches, Fitness Professionals, and Healthcare Assistants are encouraged to apply. Will train no prior chiropractic experience required.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with prescribed therapy programs Apply therapeutic modalities including EMS, hot and cold therapy Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises Assist with spinal decompression and therapy equipment Maintain treatment areas and equipment Support providers with patient care activities Encourage patient compliance and progress throughout treatment Deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
