About the role
Building and leading a high-performing team, the full-time Remote Healthcare Sales Vice President will drive revenue growth across healthcare accounts by setting go-to-market strategies, engaging in strategic relationships, and coaching Account Executives to excel in complex sales cycles.
Key responsibilities
Build, hire, and lead a team of healthcare Account Executives, managing forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment
Set and execute go-to-market strategy for health systems, payers, and health-tech companies, focusing on new logo acquisition and strategic growth
Engage in complex sales cycles, building executive relationships and guiding prospects through technical evaluations and compliance reviews
Required qualifications
8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams that exceed quotas
Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and understanding procurement processes and compliance requirements
Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting, combined with tactical instincts for deal progression
Passion for AI and developer tools, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
