GTRJOBS is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Recruiter Support to support our fast-paced recruiting team. This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding process- ensuring candidates, clients, and internal teams have a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish. If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy keeping things organized, and want exposure to the staffing industry, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps
  • Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking
  • Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access
  • Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates
  • Run front desk operations independently
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelData entry experience required
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
