Cabinet Finisher III

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of professional spray finishing or painting experience in a production, manufacturing, automotive, or similar environment. Previous experience in cabinet finishing, automotive painting, furniture finishing, or other professional spray applications. Experience setting up and operating professional spray guns and equipment, including making adjustments for different materials and finishes. Strong attention to detail with an understanding of surface preparation and the ability to consistently produce clean, smooth, high-quality finishes. Reliable and safety-conscious with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production/shop environment. The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $30.00 $35.00 per hour. Swing Shift includes a 10% Shift Differential. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
