Blacklock Group is proud to be partnering with a leading Elite Boutique Investment Bank in New York City as they continue to expand their Healthcare M&A platform at the Senior Associate level. This is a compelling opportunity to join a top-tier advisory team recognised for delivering on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions across the healthcare sector. The group is distinguished by its deep industry expertise, lean deal teams, and a highly collaborative, execution-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence coordination Oversee the preparation of high-quality client materials, including pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations Play an active role in client interactions, strategic advisory discussions, and transaction negotiations Supervise and mentor Analysts, ensuring quality control and professional development Support senior bankers in origination efforts, contributing to idea generation and maintaining strong client relationships Requirements 4–6 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong preference for Healthcare and/or M&A exposure Proven ability to independently manage workstreams across live transactions Advanced technical expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies Strong leadership capability with experience overseeing junior team members Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills Background from an Elite Boutique, Bulge Bracket, or top-tier Middle Market firm preferred Why Join This Team Opportunity to take on significant responsibility within lean deal teams on complex, high-impact transactions Direct exposure to senior leadership and clients in a highly entrepreneurial environment Strong track record of deal flow within a growing and well-positioned Healthcare platform Competitive compensation with clear and accelerated career progression
