Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
