Studio Admin and Customer Care Specialist Art of Life Photography | Chamblee, GA | Full-time, in person The heart of our studio Every family and school we work with talks to this person first. You're the voice on the phone, the reply in their inbox, and the smile at the front desk. When a parent has a question about their senior's gallery or a school needs help with an order, you're the one who takes care of it and makes them glad they called. No photography experience needed. We're looking for someone who loves people, keeps things organized, and enjoys solving problems. Customer service experience and familiarity with Intercom are a big plus.

What you'll do: Welcome clients to the studio and keep the atmosphere warm and upbeat Answer phones, emails, and Intercom messages with bookings, questions, and concerns Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage studio traffic Help clients track orders, place custom orders, and understand our products Troubleshoot gallery and ordering issues for families Handle daily studio tasks, from releasing orders to ordering supplies Collaborate with the team on projects, procedures, and workflows
What you bring: Customer-focused experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or photography (3 years of administrative experience preferred)Clear, friendly writing with strong grammar, spelling, and tone Excellent organization, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks Calm, steady focus in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Initiative to plan ahead and follow through without being asked Comfort working independently and as part of a team Confidence on a Mac, plus working knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and basic CRM software Willingness to learn our tools: Intercom, Asana, Slack, Tave, Acuity, Got Photo, Shoot Proof, Photoshop, and Instagram High school diploma required; associate degree preferred Reliable transportation Schedule and work environment Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts at our Chamblee studio Occasional schedule flexibility based on studio needs Casual, focused office where we roll up our sleeves and get to work
Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, and squatting; assembling and moving equipment; frequently lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs
