Responsibilities Create novel code solutions and drive production code development across teams Translate complex technical issues for leadership to support strategic decisions Promote and implement modern development methodologies across products Build durable, reusable software frameworks used across teams Influence business, product, and technology stakeholders; manage senior relationships Champion diversity, inclusion, and respectful collaboration
Key requirements 5+ years building and architecting enterprise-grade websites 3+ years in a lead developer role Deep AEM expertise (components, content architecture, templates, OSGi, Sling Models, dispatcher)Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM Managed Services Strong knowledge of Adobe marketing tools and integration with AEM (Marketo, Analytics, Target/Engage)Proficiency with front-end tech (Java Script, Type Script, React, CSS/SCSS) and responsive design Solid web security, SEO best practices, WCAG 2.x, and performance optimization Experience managing developers and collaborating with external partners Strong communication to translate needs into technical solutionscollaborationstakeholder managementclear communication Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)AEM Cloud Service / Managed Services Marketo
