Description: Level II: 3-5 years. Under direct supervision, assists with the setup, and operation of machines used in paint production processes. Works from verbal and written instructions. Washes equipment with solvents. Follows paint filling operations and finished product against specified tolerances using training and measuring tools. Performs simple routine maintenance and cleaning. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and no prior experience. Frequently reports to a Production Lead.
