About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks and functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department Dealing with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements:
  • Some knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resource Management or relevant field is a plus
