About the role

Body Shop Technician | Toyota of Stroudsburg Take pride in your craft. Have a voice in your shop. Enjoy the benefits of being part of our dealership team. Your skills deserve a workplace where quality matters, your ideas are heard, and your contributions are recognized. At Toyota of Stroudsburg, we're looking for a Body Shop Technician who takes pride in repairing vehicles correctly and wants to build a future with a team that shares that commitment. The advantages go beyond the body shop. As part of our dealership team, you'll have access to perks that extend to your own driveway—and your life outside of work: New and used vehicle purchase discounts. Parts and service discounts to help you care for your vehicles. Paid vacation to recharge and spend time doing what matters to you. Monthly team member recognition celebrating the people who make a difference. A voice in how we improve, with leadership committed to listening and working through challenges together. Your craftsmanship—and your time—matter. We're focused on thorough repair planning, parts coordination, and clear communication so you can spend more time doing what you do best. Supporting quality, productive repairs is a shared responsibility across leadership, estimators, parts professionals, and technicians. Our values guide how we work: be honest, help others, do the right thing, pursue excellence, and care for our customers, team, and community. In the shop, that means owning your work, sharing knowledge, communicating openly, and protecting the trust customers place in us.
What you'll do: Perform collision repairs using manufacturer procedures and quality standards. Identify damage, required repair operations, and additional needs early in the repair process. Partner with estimators and parts professionals to develop complete, accurate repair plans. Complete disassembly, welding, measuring, frame pulling, body repairs, and reassembly within your qualifications. Check your work throughout the repair process. Communicate progress and obstacles to keep repairs moving. Maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a team that shares knowledge and takes ownership.
What you'll bring: Hands-on collision repair experience and pride in your workmanship. Experience in welding, measuring, frame pulling, and body filler application. Relevant certifications preferred, including I-CAR, ASE, manufacturer, or welding certifications. A commitment to proper repair methods, accuracy, and continuous learning. Dependability, honest communication, and respect for your teammates. The ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the entire shop. Bring your skills. Build your future. Be part of Toyota of Stroudsburg. Apply today and tell us about your experience, your strengths, and what you're looking for in your next shop.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
