About the role
Joining the Public Sector Advisory group, the full-time GAAP Advisory Consultant will process client data for GAAP financial statements, identify accounting issues, and provide recommendations for business improvements while working remotely or onsite in various locations across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
Process client data for GAAP financial statements and special projects
Identify accounting and reporting issues based on U.S. GAAP guidelines
Build client relationships and provide recommendations for process improvements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's Degree or advanced degrees preferred
CPA eligibility preferred
Experience in providing attest services in a professional services firm preferred
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards
Demonstrated skills in client service, relationship building, and Microsoft Suite
