About the role
To support the financial operations of a growing company, the full-time Ohio Licensed Senior Accountant will manage the monthly financial close and consolidation process, maintain general ledger integrity, and ensure tax compliance, all within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the accurate and timely monthly financial close and consolidation of the company and its subsidiaries
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and cost allocations to maintain general ledger integrity
Prepare and file local, state, and federal tax returns, including sales, use, and corporate tax schedules
Required qualifications
3-5 years of accounting experience applying US GAAP
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA eligibility is a plus
Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
