About the role

Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is seeking a dedicated front desk professional to serve as the Select Guest liaison. You will build proactive personal relationships with Select Guests, acting as their advocate and primary contact for hotel services and program questions. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring requests are met, coordinating in-room dining amenities, and delivering memorable WOW moments throughout each stay.
