As our client campaigns and teams continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Coordinator to support the people, recruitment, and day-to-day HR processes behind that growth.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build practical experience across human resources, recruitment, employee support, and people operations.Your RoleAs an HR Coordinator, you'll support key stages of the employee journey, including:Coordinating recruitment and interview activitySupporting new-hire onboarding and orientationMaintaining employee records and HR documentationResponding to day-to-day employee questionsAssisting with training and development coordinationSupporting internal communications and team initiativesHelping maintain accurate HR processes and reportingWorking closely with managers on people-related administrationWhat We're Looking ForPrevious HR experience is not essential.
