About the role
Leading workforce planning and digital transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Resource Management & Digitization Leader will manage global resource optimization, ServiceMax governance, and operational analytics to support strategic digitization across services operations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead global resource planning and workforce management activities
Drive dashboard automation and operational reporting digitization
Implement AI-driven service operation use cases and improve resource efficiency
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of Controls experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of Controls experience
Minimum 4 years of experience with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems
Proven knowledge of outage readiness methodologies and risk mitigation
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and digital reporting tools
Strong leadership and influencing skills
