Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Clinical Research Sub-Investigator Epic Medical Research | Sun City, Arizona Full-time · On-site
Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually, plus benefits package Epic Medical Research is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Sun City team as a Clinical Research Sub-Investigator. Work alongside our Principal Investigator and research team to evaluate participants, provide clinical oversight, and support the conduct of clinical trials. Research experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply. Training in clinical research will be provided.
Responsibilities: * Perform study-related physical examinations and clinical assessments.* Review medical histories, medications, laboratory results, and other clinical findings.* Evaluate participant eligibility according to study protocols.* Support the informed consent process and answer participant questions.* Assess and document adverse events and communicate safety concerns to the Principal Investigator.* Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.* Collaborate with research coordinators and the Principal Investigator to follow study protocols and protect participant safety.* Perform delegated study duties within professional qualifications and scope of practice.
Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.* Current Arizona NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.* Attention to detail and commitment to participant safety.* Ability to work full-time, on-site in Sun City, Arizona.* Clinical research experience preferred; no prior research experience required.
