We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our insurance agency. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting customers both over the phone and in person. A current Property & Casualty License and previous experience with commercial insurance are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member. Assist customers with general questions and routine service requests. Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communication. Collect and organize information and documentation needed by agency team members. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and office organization. Support licensed team members with customer service and policy-related administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of customer and agency information. Help ensure day-to-day front office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
