Job Description: General Production Worker
Job Summary: Join a team that manufactures precision metal seals used in jet engines and other aerospace applications. This role involves operating production equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: Operate roll formers, polishing lathes, and other production equipment. Load metal materials and run machines safely and efficiently. Polish and finish metal seals by hand or with equipment. Cut materials and support welding operations as needed. Measure and inspect parts using calipers, pi-tape, micrometers, and other quality tools. Operate semi-automatic TIG welding equipment for select processes. Verify dimensions, weld quality, and material specifications. Complete basic data entry and production tracking using Microsoft Excel. Follow quality standards and work instructions throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Familiarity with aerospace quality standards is a plus. Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks requiring hand dexterity.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
