About the role
Supporting internal business enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate, Sales Enablement will manage project coordination, process implementation, and relationship management for an external advisory board in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities and track engagement for the advisory board under leadership guidance
Assist in updating and delivering business development training and enablement content, including conducting 1-1 training sessions
Administer day-to-day operations of enablement technologies, including user provisioning and adoption tracking
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a client-facing or high-level administrative support role with exposure to B2B sales cycles
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Apollo, is preferred
