About the role
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management platform, and core infrastructure services. This role will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point Online, and related security controls. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong networking foundation with experience managing firewalls, VPNs, network troubleshooting, and security best practices.
Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments. Manage identity, access, endpoint security, and device compliance. Support Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point Online, and related M365 services. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity. Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure. Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell. Monitor system health, security, and performance. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and participate in infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Systems Administration experience Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments Hands-on administration experience with Entra ID (Azure AD)Experience managing Microsoft Intune and endpoint security Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, and Share Point administration Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments Solid understanding of: Networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN technologies, Firewall administration Experience with Power Shell scripting and automation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
