About the role
- Support the day-to-day legal needs of the company
- Intake and triage legal requests from Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
- Review, prepare, and maintain a variety of business and legal documents
- Draft and redline routine agreements using approved templates, including customer, vendor, employment, andconfidentiality agreements
- Assist with contract administration and document management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for outside counsel
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal professionals
- Maintain organized records, deadlines, filings, and legal documentation
- Support corporate and general business matters
- Assist with research, filings, and other legal projects as needed
- Help improve processes and systems related to legal and administrative operations
- Provide general support to leadership on legal and business-related matters
- 7+ years of experience as a corporate, commercial, or business paralegal
- In-house or small-firm experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and external professionals
- Strong proficiency with common business and legal software
- Florida notary certification and/or multi-state experience is a plus Compensation$100,000–$140,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
