About the role
- Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.10 or more years of professional experience in related areas.
- Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
- Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology
- Ability to communicate expertise into feedback that grows team skill
- Experience in efficient utilization of instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks, boost productivity, and create engaging work products
- Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs, translate into training program design, and manage feedback from subject matter experts with competing priorities for their time.
- Deep project management experience to create and manage project timelines, communicate risk, and react to urgent priorities with agility.
- Exceptional organizational skills for project file management to streamline periodic project updates and report accurately for data audits.
- Please be ready to show work samples.
- Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience
- Additional instructional design tool experience
- The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
