About the role
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to successfully drive sales initiatives and meet strategic goals
- Responsible for developing sales pipeline: daily and weekly face to face meetings with new and existing customers, prospecting and adding new customers monthly, cold-calling, and managing deals to close
- Ensure client information is up-to-date and accurate by using CRM system activity tools. Recording accurate notes of meetings and phone calls in the CRM. Logging and tracking all quote opportunities.
- Foster relationships with existing clients to understand and meet client needs
- Nurture clients to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty
- Manage logistics of client orders coordinating with Delivery team, Client Services, Legal, Finance
- Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders providing a legendary customer experience
- Participate in industry-related networking organizations and events to promote Print-O-Stat brand
- Self-educate on products as they relate to wide format printers and other relevant products
