About the role
Owning the sales cycle for a defined portfolio of prospective customers, the full-time Account Executive, Care Management will proactively identify and engage clients, manage opportunities from outreach to close, and collaborate with internal teams to position OpenLoop's telehealth solutions effectively in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Build a pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers through outbound prospecting and account research
Own the sales cycle, managing opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
Run strong discovery sessions to understand prospects' business models and pain points, recommending appropriate solutionsRequired qualifications 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of owning a quota and closing new business
Experience managing a sales process from prospecting through to close
Ability to proactively generate pipeline and engage multiple stakeholders within accounts
Strong capability to learn complex products and communicate their value effectively
Organized and disciplined approach to CRM hygiene and pipeline management
