Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work with children of all ages and their families. Position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend hours, four to five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and organizing Manage the front desk area and ensure tidiness Assist with office management tasks as needed Experience Proficient in computerized systems and office software Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nCompany
