If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAP Success Factor Lead Consultant (Onsite 5 days/week San Jose) to join our team in San Jose, California (US-CA), United States (US).The Recruiting Lead Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Posting (RMK) modules. This role ensures that client recruiting processes are optimized through best practices and SAP capabilities. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK).Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality.Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, and offer processes.Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external systems.Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization.Develop test cases and conduct UAT support.Deliver user training and post-go-live support.Required SkillsDeep expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK).Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI or middleware).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Onsite 5 days a week in San JoseQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 full-cycle RCM/RMK implementations.SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification preferred.Must reside in the US Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408.00-$213,906.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
