About the role
- Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain pristine, guest-ready interiors at all times
- Execute daily and deep cleaning routines including sanitizing bathrooms, polishing, and kitchen upkeep
- Laundry & Wardrobe CareHandle fine garments and linens with expert care
- Manage dry cleaning, wardrobe organization, and seasonal transitions
- Organization & Inventory Management
- Track household inventory and restock as needed
- Organize closets, storage areas, and pantries with efficiency and foresight
- Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary on-site liaison for household operations
- Maintain clear communication with the Estate Concierge and proactively report any concerns or updates
- Vendor & Event Coordination
- Interface with vendors and service providers
- Support occasional events, ensuring seamless execution for the principals and their guests
- Security & Safety
- Oversee vendor access and household entry protocols
- Manage alarm systems and uphold high safety standards throughout both properties
- Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a UHNW NYC household or similarly demanding private environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Skills Proficient with luxury appliances, tools, and cleaning products Comfortable with digital task tracking systems such as Asana (preferred)
- Attributes Calm, discreet, and emotionally intelligent Strong work ethic with excellent judgment and a collaborative spirit Able to work independently while remaining in sync with broader household operations
