Job Description: The agricultural products associate is responsible for increasing customer trust and loyalty by providing them with courteous and fast service, consistent operational conditions, and a friendly atmosphere. Key responsibilities and duties include: Providing continuous attention to customer needs; greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner. Offering product suggestions when appropriate. Storing and rotating departmental products to ensure freshness and date control; restocking and utilizing supplies efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain the lowest supply cost. Operating department equipment and tools. Maintaining the work area clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards; reporting to management about faulty equipment and hazards. Notifying management about team member theft, customer theft, unauthorized discounts, property deterioration, or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy. Performing other job-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same. Completion of pre-employment background verification.
