About the role
Willow Project Information Management Support Support the Willow Project team in managing information management activities (data and documents) primarily at the Houston Wood Engineering Contractor Office. Also providing support to the fabrication site interface with COP and Wood Project Support On-board and Off-board new team members Administer Willow internal and external Share Point sites Quality reviews on engineering deliverables (IFA, IFC, IFF, etc.)Technical writing and reviewing User Management and Support Manage user access and requests Train users as needed on access to project systems Provide support to users to ensure system access Link people to information sources (maintain IM source list)Data Management Quality review on data from multiple sources (contractors, vendors, etc.)
