Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the design, analysis, and execution of structural engineering projects. Lead teams of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Act as a primary client liaison, ensuring projects meet design, budget, and timeline expectations. Support or lead business development efforts to expand the firm’s presence in South Florida. Ensure quality control, review calculations and drawings, and conduct field inspections. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative structural solutions. Qualifications: Associate Level: 10+ years of structural engineering experience with a PE license (Florida preferred). Principal Level: 15+ years of experience, including proven success in business development and team leadership. Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional projects. Expertise in structural design and analysis, including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry . Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit). Strong knowledge of Florida building codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Take the Next Step in Your Career!
