About the role
Customer Service Representative Our agency team is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding agency team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in-office. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, maintain knowledge of our products, handling renewing business and resolve escalated service issues with urgency and resolution. The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Identify opportunities to support customers' evolving insurance needs. Handle every customer inquiry with sense of urgency and empathy Handle all incoming claim calls from customers Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty Handle Renewal Inquires Value customer-care and retention Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Dedicated to customer service and retention Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Handle every customer inquiry with sense of urgency and empathy Process customer policy change requests, bill payments, claim inquiries, etc Handle all incoming claim calls from customers on the first ring. Able to effectively relate to a customer, build relationships, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members Proactive in problem-solving Property & Causality License is preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available Previous customer service experience required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive and empathetic demeanor. Comfortable using various computer systems and software. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required.
