About the role
Global alternative asset manager with $29B+ AUM is seeking an Operations Manager / Senior Manager to join its growing private credit operations team. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations & Operations, this role will oversee critical operational processes across direct lending, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, and structured credit strategies while mentoring junior team members and driving automation and process improvements5x/week in midtown NYCTOTAL compensation between 500k to 550k.
Key Responsibilities:
