Responsibilities & Scope of WorkHandle a variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements. Advise clients on complex legal issues and provide practical business-oriented solutions. Manage disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
