About the role

WD Wright Contracting is seeking a Traffic Controller to work with our construction teams. This entry-level role ensures safe traffic flow around job sites and involves setting up signs, cones, and barriers. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Starting pay is $16–$18 per hour, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license preferred, and be able to work in all weather. Safety training will be provided.
