About the role

Supporting the advancement of the medical education unit, the full-time remote Document Processing Associate will evaluate and process application documentation for accuracy, manage data entry and customer service tasks, and contribute to training and quality assurance efforts.
Key responsibilities: Perform in-depth evaluations of applicant information and ensure compliance with established procedures Collaborate with team leads to design and enhance training materials and conduct quality audits of application processing Maintain expert knowledge of AMCAS and Fee Assistance policies while participating in relevant projects and meetingsRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma; Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred 1-2 years of related work experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented processing environment Experience with customer service platforms and data management systems is preferred Familiarity with Fee Assistance Program policies and procedures is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
