Summary: The Tailor/Fitter provides excellent customer service through high-quality garment fitting and alterations. This role helps customers find the right fit while meeting service and productivity standards.

Responsibilities: Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations. Complete fittings and sewing alterations on time according to service standards. Meet productivity goals and use store technology to manage alteration requests. Educate customers and employees on fit, style, garment construction, and trends. Collaborate with the alterations and store teams.

Requirements: Fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years. Professional communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
