About the role
AAA Northeast is seeking a dispatch supervisor to lead the dispatch area in Milford, CT. You will direct all dispatch activities, collaborating with ERS Supervisors, Call Center staff, Field Staff, Training Specialists and Management to achieve service quality improvements. You will mentor lead dispatch personnel, ensure adherence to standards and Five Diamond Service, and support cross-functional decisions while addressing problems and ensuring efficient operations.
