MyEyeDr. is seeking a Sr. Regional HR Business Partner to drive partnerships across HR, guiding regional and district leadership on people matters and aligning HR strategies with business needs of the offices. This hybrid, remote role supports the Midwest states and requires travel. You will coach leaders, manage employee relations, and help with talent planning, onboarding doctors, and performance processes.
