About the role

Our client, an iconic fashion brand, is seeking a TEMPORARY CRM Specialist to join their downtown LA team for about 3 months!Responsibilities: Execute CRM campaigns across all channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.Build in-app and SMS campaigns, manage campaign calendars, and maintain journey and automation documentation.Support the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies, including triggered and promotional campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting, testing, and optimization efforts.Maintain a strong understanding of customer segments and loyalty program initiatives to support targeted communications.Conduct competitive research and contribute ideas to grow the customer base and improve loyalty engagement.Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce and/or project management for a cross-channel retail brand.PREFERRED - Experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle ORCE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud.Please submit a resume for immediate consideration!CA/ALL Remote: California applicants, please view our Privacy Notice here: https://careergroupcompanies.com/california-privacy-notice/.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
